1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between bt999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the services available at bt999.im, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, crash games, virtual games, promotional offers, and all associated account and payment features.

2 Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

3 Eligibility and Registration

3.2 One Account Rule

Each individual may hold a maximum of one registered account on the bt999 platform. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and balance review.

3.4 Verification (KYC)

Before a withdrawal can be processed from any account, the account holder must successfully complete KYC by submitting a valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence) and, where required, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. bt999 may impose deposit and wagering restrictions on unverified accounts at its discretion.

4 Account Management

4.1 Login Credentials

You are solely and entirely responsible for the security of your bt999 account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication method associated with your account. bt999 will never request your password by email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.

4.2 Account Security

4.3 Account Suspension and Closure

bt999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected fraud or Prohibited Conduct; failure to complete KYC within a required period; breach of any provision of these Terms; or where required to do so by applicable law. In such circumstances, bt999 will endeavour to return any verifiable deposited real-money balance minus any applicable deductions for fraud-related losses.

4.4 Player-Initiated Closure

A player may request permanent closure of their bt999 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure is finalised, any outstanding balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to the player's verified payment method. Self-exclusion requests are handled separately — see Section 8.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for the matters they address.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Rules

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the bt999 platform — including but not limited to the bt999 name and logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, game interfaces supplied by certified providers, text, data, and software — is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the bt999 platform or its content without prior written authorisation from bt999. 12 Amendments to These Terms

bt999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bt999 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the new Terms take effect. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 4.4.

13 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. bt999 operates as an entertainment platform and makes no representation regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction. It is each player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of bt999 complies with the laws applicable to them in their location.
